Local live with Alastair Humphreys

Local live with Alastair Humphreys

There was a rowdy start to our February conversation whilst Al made friends with the early audience arrivals.

We had so much fun 'mucking around' at the start that we've left it in this recording for everyone to enjoy.

When we eventually got round to chatting with Al we had a lively discussion about the places he discovered on his local map, how it felt to shift from grand adventures to exploring his own doorstep and why he shifted to his new more urgent activist tone.

The audience got in on the act with many of the questions coming in direct via the chat, plus sharing a whole load of joy at enjoying our time and passions together.

Definately up there in our top 3 conversations!

If you're not already part of the club, we've chosen 4 books that pick up on Local's themes to help you to get in on the act.
